Food & Trees for Africa

 

Overview
Food & Trees for Africa (FTFA) is a Section 21 social enterprise in South Africa that was established in 1990 by Jeunesse Park. The objectives of FTFA are: to contribute to greening, climate change, sustainable natural resource management and food security; to create an awareness of the benefits of environmental upliftment activities amongst all communities of southern Africa; and to contribute to poverty alleviation, improved environments, capacity building and skills development. FTFA works in partnership with government, the private and public sectors and civil society to improve the quality of life and environments for all communities of the country.
