Description: The Ernest du Bois Prize for a thesis or doctorate on the theme of water and its availability on a global level, is for young engineers who are carrying out research on the theme of water and its availability to the population of the whole world, protecting reserves, problems relating to pollution, processing techniques etc.

This call is mainly intended for young engineers who are conducting research on the theme of water and its availability to the population of the whole world, protecting reserves, problems relating to pollution, processing techniques etc.
The research has a key part to play in clarifying ways of developing an effective and coherent policy to meet these challenges.

The Ernest du Bois Fund, which is administered by the King Baudouin Fund, aims to encourage young people involved in the academic world to engage with problems surrounding water availability. 
The Fund is intended to highlight the work of young engineers and researchers who have recently completed their studies and give them greater visibility. 

Financial support offered is up to Euros 5000.
